With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. 

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive service experience.
  • Provide product and service information, guide customers through solution options, and assist in promoting effective product usage.
  • Handle after-sales inquiries, including order tracking, logistics coordination, and complaint resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.
  • Communicate with internal departments (production, sales, logistics, quality, etc.) to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain smooth workflow.
  • Translate and manage large volumes of documents accurately between Chinese and English.
  • Maintain and update customer records, reports, and service databases for accuracy and completeness.
  • Summarize recurring customer issues, share insights for service improvement, and support process optimization initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in task management.
  • Experience in after-sales support, logistics coordination, or customer service is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • after-sales support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • logistics coordination, or customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
