Retail Sales Assistant – Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Support achievement of individual and store sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and displays
- Replenish stock and assist with stock receiving when required
- Process transactions accurately (cashless and other payment methods)
- Follow company procedures for store operations and security
Retail Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and team coordination
- Guide team members to meet sales and service expectations
- Monitor staff attendance and task assignments
- Ensure store presentation meets company standards
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
- Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure transactions and store procedures are carried out correctly
- Provide basic coaching and support to team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
