Description :

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the in updating the details of the tax invoice in the Excel file.
  • Preparing tax invoices for sales, service of items.
  • Process and archive tax invoices according to company name.
  • Sorting the tax invoices according to customer preference prior to posting.
  • Record the details of tax invoices in the Accounts Receivable record book.
  • Ensure all records are properly written, filed, and retained according to procedure.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth daily operation.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excels is a must.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the same industry is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
