Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management or equivalent in any field.
- Duration: At least 3 to 6 months (preferable 6 months)
Job Summary
- Assisting the Medical Record Clerk in collecting, compiling data for reporting purpose
- Handling patients’ enquiries, complaints and request pertaining to medical report services
- Retrieve medical folders when requested
- Receiving discharge patients’ notes from the ward, Emergency Department and Drug Chart from the Pharmachyand, check daily collected notes against HIS to affirm correct patients and folder
- Others task as assigned by immediate superior
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
