Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Setiawan, Perak
Industry: Automotive Retail
Salary Range: RM8000-RM10500
We are seeking an energetic HR Manager to lead our human resources efforts! You’ll handle recruitment, training, performance reviews, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. If you’re passionate about creating a strong team and positive company culture, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and hire top talent.
- Manpower Planning: Ensure the company has enough staff for growth.
- Training & Development: Organize training to support employee development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary and benefits to stay competitive.
- Performance Reviews: Implement and oversee performance evaluations.
- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Retention Strategies: Create strategies to keep key talent.
- Company Culture: Build and promote a strong company culture.
- Health & Safety: Ensure workplace safety for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business Management, or similar.
- 5+ years in HR, with 3+ years in management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
