Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall dim sum kitchen operations
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain dim sum recipes and menu offerings
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets
  • Monitor food cost, portion control, and kitchen productivity
  • Able to Train, supervise, and develop kitchen team including Senior and Junior Chefs
  • Plan production schedules and ensure timely food preparation
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company's SOP standards
  • Collaborate with management on menu planning, promotions, and cost strategies

Conduct regular quality checks and kitchen performance evaluations

Requirements : -

1) Minimum 5–8 years of experience in dim sum kitchen, with leadership role experience
2) Education : SPM and above related to F&B and Culinary skills will be considered
3) Strong expertise in traditional and modern dim sum techniques
4) Proven leadership and team management skills
5) Strong organizational and planning abilities
6) Knowledge in food costing, kitchen control, and inventory management
7) Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
8) Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
