Description :
- Must have knowledge, skill and expertise in assorted French pastries, cakes, pies, and specialty items. Must be able to produce ‘quality’ items with efficiency and perfection.
- Produce pastries, cakes, pies and specialty items according to inventories and estimates that are established.
- Be able to log production charts on a daily basis.
- Dispose of leftover food items.
- Be able to make comparable decisions when necessary.
- Be able to produce quality items according to Hatten standards.
- Be able to teach and share knowledge and skills with others.
- Ensure that 39 Points Check List is being followed monthly.
- Assists the Executive Chef in planning dessert menu, desserts for functions or any other special orders as required.
