Description :
- Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
- Directly supervise technicians and mechanics, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain discipline and productivity.
- Enforce service standards, conduct inspections, and ensure all repair/maintenance work meets company quality benchmarks.
- Uphold workplace safety protocols, conduct toolbox briefings, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve turnaround times for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Monitor usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring proper allocation and minimizing wastage.
- Provide daily updates to the Assistant Manager/Branch Head on workshop performance, issues, and improvement areas.
- Mentor junior technicians, support skill development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer vehicles are serviced reliably and on schedule, reinforcing trust in branch service capabilities.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per hour
