Jawatan Kosong Quantity Surveyor Executive Construction in Seremban
Description :
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and handling contract administration to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare material quantity take-off based on quotations and drawings
- Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget
- Monitor inventory and ensure uninterrupted material supply for the operation team
- Prepare project costing and Bill of Quantities (BQ)
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
- Source, request, and compare supplier quotations
- Handle Variation Orders (VO) and project changes
- Coordinate with Project Manager, internal team, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 1–3 years experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of construction costing and contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
- Good communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
