Job Summary
The Business Support & Administration Executive supports the daily operations, administrative functions, and regulatory requirements of an LFSA-licensed digital payment services company. The role focuses on operational coordination, documentation management, compliance support, and liaison with internal teams, regulators, banks, and technology partners to ensure efficient and compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Business & Operations Support
- Support management with operational planning and execution
- Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams (technology, operations, compliance, finance)
- Support merchant and partner onboarding documentation
Digital Payment Operations Support
- Assist in day-to-day digital payment operational processes
- Support transaction monitoring documentation and operational reporting
- Coordinate with payment gateways, banks, and service providers
- Maintain records related to system updates, incidents, and operational issuesRegulatory & Compliance Support (LFSA)
- Assist with regulatory filings, reporting, and documentation for LFSA
- Support AML/CFT, KYC, and transaction monitoring documentation
- Maintain compliance registers, policies, and procedural manuals
- Assist during regulatory audits, inspections, and internal reviews
Financial & Banking Coordination
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment documentation
- Coordinate with banks for account documentation, KSA/KYC updates, and queries
- Support reconciliation of operational and administrative expenses
HR & Corporate Administration
- Support employee onboarding, records, and compliance training coordination
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service contracts
- Assist in organizing internal training and compliance awareness sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in business support, administration, or operations
- Experience in digital payments, fintech, or regulated financial services preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools

- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Understanding of digital payment operations and compliance requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skill
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with LFSA digital payment services framework
- Experience with AML/CFT, KYC, or transaction monitoring support
- Exposure to fintech platforms, payment gateways, or e-wallet operations
Work Environment
- Office-based / Hybrid role in Labuan
- Full-time position within a regulated digital payment services company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
