- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate and property projects
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales conversion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to support sales growth
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics for continuous improvements
**Note:** The job will require you to be proactive, creative, and results-driven in a fast-paced real estate and property development environment.
