Jawatan Kosong Account Officer in Alor Setar
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain the billing system.
- Prepare vouchers and cheque payments.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
- Maintaining orderly filing system and proper accounting documentation.
- Assist in annual audit.
- Investigating and resolving any irregulates or enquiries
- Keep an accurate record of all transactions.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Perform any duty as and when required by the superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced Diploma, bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounts or equivalent. (Chinese Only)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.(Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage).
- Familiar with Accounting software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
