Description :
i. Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
ii. Preparing statutory accounts.
iii. Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.
iv. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
v. Recording and filing cash transactions.
vi. Controlling credit and chasing debt.
vii. Invoice processing and filing.
viii. Processing expense request for the accountant to approve.
ix. Bank reconciliation.
x. Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers.
xi. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
