Job Summary:
The Reach Truck Driver is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of reach trucks in a warehouse environment. The primary duties include loading and unloading materials, moving them to and from storage areas, and ensuring the organization and optimization of inventory within the facility. The role requires strong attention to safety and adherence to established operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach Truck: Safely operate reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Material Handling: Move goods to and from designated storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and production lines as instructed.
• Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks and ensure that products are stored in appropriate locations according to company procedures.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and report any issues or defects to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
• Order Fulfillment: Retrieve items accurately for order picking and staging, ensuring timely fulfillment and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Safety Adherence: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), vehicle inspections, and adherence to forklift operational standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the reach truck, including inspecting fluid levels, brakes, and other operational systems. Report maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Documentation: Record and maintain logs of activities, including inventory updates and movement of goods, as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in warehouse operations, particularly in reach truck driving.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse conditions.
