Commis Chef
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300 per month

We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef who is passionate about food, willing to learn, and ready to grow in a professional kitchen environment.
This position is suitable for fresh graduates, kitchen helpers seeking career advancement, or candidates with basic cooking experience who want to develop their culinary skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and SOPs.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and equipment.
- Follow food safety procedures and kitchen regulations.
- Support stock handling, storage, and stock rotation activities.
- Assist during busy service periods and kitchen operations.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the kitchen leadership team.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Kitchen experience is an added advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and positive attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
