The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Call Intern to join our team.

In this role, you will support our team by conducting outbound calls, ensuring smooth customer interactions, and helping maintain high service quality standards. You will gain hands-on experience in communication, customer engagement, and quality monitoring within a fast-paced environment.

This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn about customer experience, communication processes, and operational quality in a real working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound welcome calls to new customers, ensuring a positive first experience
  • Collect and record customer feedback accurately
  • Assist in handling basic follow-ups or issue resolution where required
  • Maintain and update call records and interaction data
  • Support reporting by documenting feedback and observations
  • Help identify common trends or issues from customer interactions
  • Assist in maintaining service quality standards

Who We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any field
  • Strong communication skills in both English and BM
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
