Kerja Kosong Proton Service Advisor in Temerloh
Description :
Job Description:
a) Attend to customer daily service needs as compliance to SST procedures.
b) Registration and control of service appointments.
c) Execution of CSI related duties and responsibilities.
d) Co-ordinate with Foreman on work progress status.
e) Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction standard.
f) Assist in upkeep of cleanliness of service lounge at all times.
g) Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.
Requirement:
1. SKM/Diploma in Automotive/ Mechanical, Business/Administration/Management or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in automotive industry
3. IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Able to speak proficiently in English and Malay
6. Possess a valid class D driving license
