Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity and overall eye health.
- Provide accurate prescriptions for corrective lenses based on examination results.
- Offer expert advice on eyewear selection, fitting, and lens types.
- Educate patients on proper eye care and the importance of regular eye health checks.
- Maintain accurate records of patient history, examination results, and prescriptions.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in optical technologies and trends in eye care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for patients.
Requirements:
- Certified Optometrist with relevant qualifications recognized in Malaysia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the optical industry.
- Ability to conduct thorough eye examinations and offer accurate prescriptions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Passionate about providing quality eye care services and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Experience in a retail optical environment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
