JOB DESCRIPTION
- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, and pans.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, store rooms, and waste disposal areas.
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain them in good condition.
- Dispose of garbage and kitchen waste according to hygiene standards.
- Assist in maintaining proper sanitation and food safety practices.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
- Refill and organize cleaning supplies when necessary.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and operational duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of staff dining and back-of-house areas.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or café operations is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
