Jawatan Kosong Customer Support Executive in Kota Kinabalu

Description :

Job responsibilities
-Provide prompt and professional customer support through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
-Assist outlets and franchisees by coordinating with HQ departments and resolving operational or delivery platform issues.
-Support marketing campaigns by communicating promotions, collecting feedback, and monitoring customer engagement.
-Work with Warehouse and Operations teams to address stock, logistics, or equipment concerns.
-Maintain accurate service records and prepare regular reports to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
-Minimum 1 year of customer service, helpdesk, or call center (F&B or retail preferred).
-Strong in Bahasa Malaysia & English (spoken & written); Mandarin is an advantage.
-Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Forms, and basic Excel, social media platforms, and delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood, etc.)
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
-Willing to work on weekends/public holidays on a rotational basis (if required).
-Responsible, proactive, and organized team player with high integrity.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
