Description :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies across our digital platforms (B2C Platform)

• Create visually impressive and attractive content for social media (FB, Instagram, TikTok), websites, and digital platforms, including photography, videography, and graphics.

Stay up to date with the latest photography and videography techniques and tools, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• Regularly conduct marketing research projects (industry trends, FB/Google algorithm changes, consumer markets, and competitive analysis) to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.

• Support in organizing and participating in online & offline events to build community and boost brand awareness.

• Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention.

• Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements, website traffic, social media impression, and email campaigns. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

• To perform any other related duties when required.
