Job Responsibilities:
- Handle on routine clients’ inquiries and transactions.
- Assist Senior Executive in developing and preparing quotations, proposals and / or renewal, insurance summaries, billings, correspondences and etc.
- Follow up on outstanding broking matters including policies renewal, issuance of policies and endorsements by insurers on a timely basis.
- To ensure checking of policies and endorsements, filing of insurance documents are done timely.
- Monitor receipts from policies and prepare acknowledgments for clients.
- Review coverage specifications to be submitted to insurance companies for accuracy.
- Review premium quotes from insurers.
- Check accuracy of quotes, binders & policies.
- Ensure full compliance with Company policies, procedures and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
