Customer Service:

- Take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries.
Order Fulfillment:
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to customer tables.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure customers have everything they need.
Cash Handling:
- Operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems to process customer payments.
- Provide change and receipts to customers, handling cash transactions securely.
Menu Knowledge:
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings.
- Inform customers about daily specials, promotions, and discounts.
Upselling:
- Encourage upselling by recommending additional items or special dishes.
- Promote dessert, beverage, or other add-on sales to enhance the overall customer experience.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Assist with routine cleaning tasks and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and handle feedback professionally.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Adherence to Policies:
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
