Description :

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and proactive individual to join our team as a Retail Operation Assistant in Kota Kinabalu. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in retail operations, outlet management, and customer service within a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Support stock management activities, including stock checking, monitoring, and record-keeping.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are handled accurately and efficiently according to standard procedures.
• Provide operational support to the outlet team to meet daily operational targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and overall operational well-being.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
• Physically fit and able to perform basic operational tasks.
• Prior experience in retail operations, outlet management, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
