• Recruit & Build a Team – Find, onboard & grow motivated Brand Officers.
• Train & Develop – Conduct sales & product training.
• Lead & Support – Guide, mentor & motivate the team.
• Execute Sales Strategies – Implement & monitor marketing plans.
• Generate Leads – Use social media for zero-cost lead generation.
• Track Performance – Analyze results & improve team success.

Requirement

• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Fluent in English & Malay
• Age: maximum 40 yrs old
• Sales, marketing, or team leadership experiences
• Strong communication & team management skills
• Social media marketing knowledge (bonus!)
• Own a laptop/PC
