Requirements
- Posses min Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any Business related fields
- Fresh graduates also welcome to apply for this position
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and written in English
- Only Chinese candidates will be considered for this position
Responsibility
- Review and process new claims reports every month
- Communicate claim status to supervisor sales team on regular basis
- Resolve claim issues promptly and follow-up on outstanding issues
- Need analyzing, planning, decision-making and problem-solving activities to support claim settlement
- Document claim file activities in accurate and timely manner
- Uphold relationships and good communication with suppliers
