Job Description
- Assist in coordinating work in accordance with established procedures, timelines, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate consultants’ drawings and highlight any discrepancies.
- Ensure that the quality of work and workmanship meets the required standards and that materials used strictly comply with specifications.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, construction plans, and procedures.
- Notify contractors of any works that do not comply with the required quality standards, construction drawings, or specifications.
- Issue Site Memos and raise concerns to the appointed contractor if works are not carried out as per the contract.
- Verify daily reports, progress reports, and other relevant documentation, and maintain inspection records and quality control documentation.
- Inspect construction works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Conduct measurement and quality checks on building materials.
- Refer to plans and document works through photographs, measurements, and sample collection.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and surveyors to ensure smooth coordination.
- Ensure all site personnel comply with health and safety regulations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work at Taman Molek, Johor
- 1 Full-Time position available.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
