QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Management, business or related field, Master’s Degree or post Bachelor certificate and professional credentials
- Minimum 8 years in IT support or operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Familiar with government sector projects or support systems for Pejabat Tanah.
- Experience supporting web-based systems or client-server applications.
- Understanding of data sensitivity and compliance in the public sector.
- Ability to work with government stakeholders and understand user needs.
- Very good leadership, interpersonal skills and good customer facing attitude
- Self-motivated and can work well under pressure
- Very good ability to adapt to change
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Executing the Rollout according to agreed scope and contractual commitment
· Ensure progress reporting within the defined tools (Milestones)
· Attend Project meetings and report progress to the top management
· Schedule and run weekly meetings with the service provider
· Ensure the agreed quality
· Day-to-day operative Rollout planning.
· Problem solving for all day to day related Rollout issues
· Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication
. Monitor and review service levels.
· Aim customer satisfaction
· Handle ad hoc task given by Superior

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
