Requirements
- Cat lover
- Enjoy meeting people and work in a team
- Able to work under time constraint
- KPI oriented to achieve daily/monthly sales target.
- Understand the sales & retail work environment is not the same as office hour work.
- Long hours work. (8:00 - 19:00)
- Committed and punctual
- Proactive and passionate
- Familiar with social media tools
- Skill in taking & editing photo/video will be an added advantage.
- Open to be relocated will be an added advantage since we are hiring for multiple locations
- Immediate availability preferred
Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about services provided.
- Respond promptly & professionally to telephone calls or email inquiries regarding booking requests/questions
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs
- Process bookings/reservations ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality
- Prepare invoices/receipts for payment processing & record keeping purposes
- Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at reception desk; reorder supplies when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness/orderliness within lobby area as well as other common areas that are visible from front desk
