Description :
Job Descriptions:
- To ensure the accounting records are prepared in compliance with company's policies and reporting standards.
- Preparing monthly financial and management report.
- Reviewing the preparation of journals.
- Assist in strengthening and improving internal control and processes.
- Able to handle full set of account, audit and tax processes.
- Manage month end closing and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR & AP are posted accurately.
- Coordinate with onsite manager/HOD for month end reconciliations and business performances.
- Assisting in cash flow management.
- To liaise with external auditor, tax agent, government authorities and etc.
- Any related tasks required to complete.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or any equivalent courses.
- Minimum 1 years of related experience in Finance.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks system will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Highly motivated, positive and pro-active mind set and a team player.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal communications skills.
- Candidate must have driving license (D).
