3. Mempumyai Kepimpinan Strategik & Keupayaan Membina Budaya Kerja
4. Kemahiran Analitik & Penggunaan Teknologi HR
5. Kemahiran Komunikasi & Hubungan Interpersonal
6. Kelayakan Akademik & Profesional
7. Ijazah dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran Perniagaan, atau bidang berkaitan.
* Sijil profesional dalam HR (seperti SHRM, CIPD) adalah satu kelebihan.
