We are seeking a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead and manage our manufacturing operations in Kulim. If you excel in motivating teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.
*Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
*Ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient production practices.
*Monitor production quality and performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
*Collaborate with QA, engineering, and logistics teams to improve processes.
*Manage resources including raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
*Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*Deliver performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in a production management role.
*Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
**Must have working experience with LAM Research.
*Proficient in data analysis and production planning software.
*Solid knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

*Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
*Experience in multinational manufacturing settings
*Proven record of implementing efficiency and process improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- working experience with LAM Research: 3 years (Required)
- Process and quality control : 2 years (Required)
- multinational manufacturing settings.: 2 years (Required)
- Class 100 cleanroom : 2 years (Required)
- ISO 9001 standards: 2 years (Preferred)
- data analysis and production planning software.: 2 years (Preferred)
