Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and provide styling advice.
- Handle daily sales transactions (cash, card, online orders).
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and attractive product displays.
- Manage stock: receive, arrange, and monitor inventory levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries politely (in-store & online).
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand image.
Job Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Pleasant personality, friendly, and presentable.
- Able to communicate well with customers.
- Interested in fashion & boutique retail.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Basic experience in retail is an advantage (training provided).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
