CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE (E-HAILING PLATFORM)
Kuala Lumpur / Selangor applicants welcome
Work Location: Iskandar Puteri (JOHOR)
Salary: RM3,200 – RM4,000
Job Scope:
- Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls
- Assist with booking, complaints, and service issues
- Provide accurate information and solutions
- Update customer records in system
- Escalate cases when necessary
Requirements:
- Good communication in English
- Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work shifts
