Why this role?

As an Installation Supervisor at KONE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of installation projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead teams, manage customer relationships, and oversee the entire installation process, from handover to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

What will you be doing?

• Managing and supervising installation projects from sales handover to client handover and maintenance.

• Ensuring on-time, safe, and high-quality delivery of KONE solutions within budget.

• Acting as the primary KONE interface for customers and stakeholders throughout the installation process.

• Be part of the project team.

• Managing site preparations, material deliveries, resource planning, and site execution.

• Controlling project costs and maintaining accurate project documentation.

• Drive site safety culture and environmental management.

• Managing the installation team to meet the dateline.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards are met.

• Accept new tasks from time to time from the superior.

• Has strong leadership skills and the ability to manage installation teams.

• Possesses excellent project management skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and financial control.

• Is capable of managing customer relationships and resolving issues effectively.

• Has experience in site supervision, material handling, and subcontractor management.

• Can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Has a proactive approach to identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
