Job Overview:
We are looking for punctual and reliable candidates with good time management skills for the position of driver cum dispatch. Able to deliver or pickup packages/documents, etc in a timely manner, long working hours and ensuring vehicles are always ready for use. Good body strength and physical stamina, polite and prompt at all time.
Job Descriptions:
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs inclusive dispatcing.
- Transporting Chairman, /mgmt. team from time to time and vice versa, in a safe, timely manner.
- Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
- Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always ready for use.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Assisting administration job as and when required.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license.
- Minimum 3-year driving experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
- Physical strength and good stamina.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Proficiency using GPS devices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
