Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Kuching | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: RM1,800 – RM3,000/month
Clinic: ARTooth Dental Clinic, Kuching

Are you passionate about branding, communication, and building strong partnerships? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to be part of our growing dental clinic team. As our Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator, you will be one of the key representatives of our brand — managing corporate relationships, coordinating marketing activities, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Relationship Management

• Engage with corporate clients, partners, and vendors
• Identify and develop strategic collaborations to grow our clinic’s reach

2. Marketing & Event Coordination

• Plan, organize, and execute in-house and external promotional events
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, both online and offline
• Collaborate with designers and vendors for branding materials

3. Customer Service & Brand Representation

• Act as the first point of contact for those person incharge of strategic partners.
• Ensure consistent and positive client experiences aligned with our brand image
• Handle basic inquiries on treatments, services, and packages collaboration.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent — or relevant working experience
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, confident, and a people person
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays for events when needed
