Description :
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, selecting & negotiation with supplier/ vendors to constantly strive for best pricing, delivery and payment term.
- Issue PO to supplier/ vendor.
- Monitor and expedite outstanding order and delivery schedule.
- Liaise & communicate extensively with supplier on procurement matter.
- Liaise with freight forwarder on shipping & transporter matter with regards to import shipment.
- Prepare RFQ for bid proposals and completed within the desired time-frame
- Handling inventory and warehouse activities for all branch plant (Pg, KL JB).
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite .
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
