Jawatan Kosong Production Supervisor in Kamunting

Description :

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily production activities in Molding, Stamping & U R Box sections
• Ensure production output meets quality and efficiency targets
• Monitor machine utilization, troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow
• Coordinate with maintenance and QA/QC for process and product improvements
• Enforce safety, 5S and compliance regulations on shop floor
• Provide training and guidance to production operators and line leaders
• Maintain accurate production records and daily reports
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and request replenish

Requirement / Qualification :

• Report to Production Manager
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Background in Molding, Stamping and U R Box manufacturing (same industry)
• Able to lead a team and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, production reporting systems)
• Preferably with knowledge in ISO standards and lean manufacturing
• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kamunting (34600): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• Mandarin (Required)
• English & Bahasa (Required)
