1. Content Development:

• Create engaging and culturally relevant content for social media platforms targeting the Chinese audience, including graphics, videos, and copy.
• Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and seasonal trends in the Chinese market.

2.Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on key social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty.

3. Traffic Generation:

• Implement strategies to drive traffic to the e-commerce site through organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Market Research:

• Conduct research to understand trends, preferences, and behaviors of the Chinese audience, using insights to inform content and sales strategies.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

5. Sales Conversion:

• Collaborate with the sales team to convert social media engagement into sales, utilizing effective calls-to-action and promotional offers.
• Analyze sales data to understand the impact of social media activities on conversion rates.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) related to social media engagement, traffic, and sales conversions.
• Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve overall performance.

7. Community Engagement:

• Build relationships with influencers and potential partners within the Chinese market to expand reach and credibility.
• Organize and participate in online events, giveaways, or promotions to boost engagement and brand visibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
