Requirements:
- Student who’s currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Project Management/ Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- Familiar Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
- A good team player, proactive and self- motivated.
- Willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
- Minimum internship period : 6 months
- Internship must be part of the university / college’s academic requirement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To support project team in tasks such as printing, data entry, and documentation.
- To ensure office equipment and stationery are in order.
- To assist in managing daily office documentation at the construction/project site.
- To maintain cleanliness and organization of site office.
- To act as a liaison between the site and HQ admin team.
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor and updated dairy reports.
WORKING HOUR : 8am - 5 pm or 9am - 6pm
WORKING DAY : Monday - Friday
