Jawatan Kosong Production Supervisor in Bayan Lepas
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Daily review production schedule and execution of projects in timely manner.
- Ensure projects are completed on time to meet shipment.
- Ensuring that KPI are monitored and target achieved.
- Oversee production efficiency while resources met maximize usage.
- Conducting performance appraise, supervise and communicating job expectations, coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
- Supervising junior staff and ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.
- Investigate operational problems affecting production and advice for solutions.
- To ensure product and process quality meets specifications required while the product are produced good quality.
Requirements:
- Preferably with minimum of 3 years working experience and background in manufacturing operations.
- 3 years of education in secondary level.
- Preferably possess ISO standard knowledge and Electronic & Electrical background.
- Able to work in team and aptitude to work alone.
- Able to support overtime when required.
- Good in spoken & written English, Chinese and Malay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
