Kerja Kosong IT ASSISTANT IT OFFICER in Seremban

Description :

• Provide L1 & L2 hardware, software, CCTV and door access technical support and problem solving to all users.
• Perform analysis, diagnostics, and provide/suggest solution to all IT problems for internal staff and as well remotely to external users.
• Prepare, set up and install new PC with users’ data backup and migration.
• Maintain and update documentation and reference materials related to computer systems.
• Maintain and monitor the computing hardware and software assets of the company, including system updates, software licensing expiry and hardware decommissioning.
• Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
• Assist the Project Manager in system implementation activities (new & upgrade).
• To handle any ad-hoc task which required by superior.
• Good understanding of helpdesk ticketing systems.

Job Requirement

• Fresh graduate or with working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, Windows operating systems configuration, troubleshooting & implementation.
• Experience in customer facing role, remote support, telephone support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
