Job Description
- Perform data entry into an in-house ERP system
- Perform invoicing
- Monitor receivables accounts
- Issue order form from the system
- Verify Purchase Invoice amount against Purchase Order
- Monitor payables accounts
- Maintenance and recovery of returned Cheque.
- Assist in costing
- Handle intercompany transactions
- Update order movement listing
- Provide finance support in an ad-hoc project(s) as and when required
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least diploma in accounting
