Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (preferred, if specified for team dynamics)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Key Attributes: Well-spoken, proactive, shows strong initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional Competencies:
• Ability to follow up and monitor work progress effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication with contractors, clients, and internal teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Track resources, schedules, and project deliverables
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for management or clients
• Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations
• Support documentation, including contracts, drawings, and project correspondence
• Take initiative in identifying potential risks and suggesting corrective actions

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to challenges and decision-making
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up effectively
• Familiarity with civil engineering project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
• Professional and confident demeanor

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
