About the Role:

As a Kitchen Crew member, you will play a key role in delivering authentic and high-quality Taiwanese cuisine. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, assisting in food preparation, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in the F&B industry while being part of a dynamic and creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with stock checks and other tasks needed for daily operations.
• Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning meet company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards consistently.
• Assist in inventory management and stock checks as needed.
• Support other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirement:

· No prior experience required; relevant experience is an advantage.

· Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

· Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is a plus.
