Curriculum Specialist (Bahasa Melayu)

Location: Edufront Johor Office (Iskandar Puteri)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and academically strong Curriculum Specialist (Bahasa Melayu) to join our growing education team. This role is ideal for university graduates specialising in Malay Studies, Malay Language or Malay Literature who are passionate about curriculum development, teaching excellence, and educational publishing.

You will play a key role in shaping, delivering, and enhancing our Bahasa Melayu programmes across multiple platforms, while contributing to our publications and digital content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online tutoring for Bahasa Melayu programmes (Pre-school, Primary, and Secondary levels).
• Research, develop, write, revise and edit instructional materials for Malay language programmes.
• Serve as writer and editor for company publications, including books, magazines and websites.
• Create educational and promotional content for social media platforms and e-magazines.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure curriculum quality and alignment with learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree / Master’s in:
• Malay Language
• Linguistics
• Malay Studies
• Education (specialising in Bahasa Melayu)
• Prior teaching or curriculum development experience is preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.

Working Schedule

Working Days (5 days per week):

• Tuesday to Saturday (Rest days: Sunday & Monday) or
• Sunday to Thursday (Rest days: Friday & Saturday)

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm – 9.30pm
• Saturday/Sunday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
