Description :

Working Hour : (6 days working and 1 day off)

Salary : RM 5000++

- 45 Working Hours Per Week With Shift Allowance.

- Shift Allowance: RM500.

- Attendance Allowance: RM350.

Job Description

- Support And Help Store/Assistant Managers In All Aspects Of Store Operations.

- Ensure The Store Meets Or Exceeds The Experience Performance Targets.

- Assist In Maintaining Store High Customer Experience Performance And Store Presentation.

- Coordinate With A Store/Assistant Manager In Marketing And Promotional Event Activities Monthly.

- Handle Customer Inquiries And Resolve Any Customer Feedbacks/Issues.

- Support Store/Assistant Manager Implementing Company Policies And Procedures.

- Help Manage Store Budgets, And Collaborate With Store/Assistant Managers To Identify Areas Of Improvements.

- Contribute To A Positive Working Environment By Being A Team Player Who Supports Each Other.

Requirement

1. Proficiency In English And Bahasa: The Ideal Candidate Must Possess Strong Communication Skills In Both English And Bahasa, Enabling Effective Interaction With Customers And Colleagues.

2. Retail Experience: Previous Experience In Retail Is A Must. Candidates Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.

3. Politeness And Friendliness: We Value Courteous And Friendly Interactions With Customers. The Candidate Must Demonstrate A Polite And Approachable Demeanor To Provide Excellent Customer Service.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
