Description :
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximising total resort revenue across Hotel Rooms, Packages, Enhancements and Park Bundles through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, inventory management, distribution optimisation and data-driven decision making. This role drives optimal occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while protecting rate integrity and ensuring the resort remains highly competitive in the market.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Reservations teams to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives and enhances the resort’s profitability through disciplined revenue management practices.
This position requires excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong grasp of both operational and commercial aspects of the business.
