Job Title: Call Center Specialist - Ipoh
Company: Ancilleo Sdn Bhd
Location: Greentown, Ipoh, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and chat interactions from customers in English.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers and go the extra mile to engage them.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Fluent in Mandarin ( Optional & Advantage )
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred. However fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
